Online Fees Payment

  • Pop-Ups should be allowed in the browser
    • For Google chrome: settings->advanced>content settings-> Pop-ups->Allowed->Yes
    • For Mozilla Firefox: options->content->Pop-Ups->Uncheck Block Pop-up Windows
  • Student’s Mobile Number will be the Login user & password for the first time
  • An OTP will be sent to the mobile number.
  • After successful login for the first time, the password has to be changed.
  • In case of update of Mobile Number, contact Admin office
  • Pay fees
    • Current fees due including outstanding dues, if any will be displayed
    • Convenience fee as charged by the bank will be displayed depending on the Payment Mode chosen
    • A late fine of Rs.20/- per calendar day will added after the due date of payment
    • No part payment is allowed
  • For Cash payments
    • Students are requested to generate the challan and deposit the amount in any of ICICI bank branches in kolkata
    • The challan will be valid for 5 working days from the date of generation
    • The student will be able to generate the fee receipt on the online fee portal, after the transaction is reconciled with the bank.
  • For Other mode of payments
    • After successful payment, the student will be able to download the receipt using the Print receipt link.
    • In case of Successful debit at student’s end, but failure while redirection, the student can contact Accounts department with a valid proof. Students will be able to download fee receipt after reconciliation performed by Accounts department
    • For any failure transaction, the student may try again.
    • In case of any difficulties, the student may contact admin / accounts department.
